The yarn consists of 55% post-consumer recycled cotton denim & 30% recycled wool. This way, old denim is not wasted but used again in a new production cycle – zips and buttons are removed, denim is cut, and pieces are reduced in fibres and put into a production cycle again by spinning a new yarn.

While other knitwear is produced by sewing flat parts together, seamless is created in three dimensions, so it wraps your body like a second skin. It is created with the minimum amount of necessary material. There is no cut loss from cutting parts out of fabric as in conventional knitwear, making it the ultimate eco knitwear.

No new chemical colours are used because the denim is previously sorted by colours.

The recycled denim yarn comes from an Italian company called Pinori Filati SPA and has Recycled Claim Standard certification. The knitwear itself is knit in a Latvian factory called Viola-Stils SIA.
